Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of disciplineflow.org and any digital products, memberships, or content offered by Discipline Flow ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Emmanuel Omondi. By accessing our Site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Discipline Flow is a personal development brand providing digital resources, educational content, and productivity systems, including a free 7-Day Discipline Habit Tracker, the Discipline Flow Blueprint ($17), the Discipline Stack Notion template ($47), and a planned Pro membership. We are based in Kenya and operate internationally.

2. Digital Products and Delivery

•        All products sold by Discipline Flow are digital and delivered electronically — typically as a PDF download link or a Notion template link — immediately or shortly after successful payment.

•        It is your responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, or content filtered into a spam or promotions folder.

•        If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of purchase, contact emmanuel@disciplineflow.org and we will resend it promptly.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through PayPal or Paystack. Some products (currently the Discipline Flow Blueprint) may also be purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Digistore24 or ClickBank, which act as merchant of record for those transactions — in that case, the marketplace's own checkout, billing, and currency terms apply in addition to these Terms. We do not store your full payment card or account details on our own systems. Prices are subject to change at any time; changes will not affect products already purchased.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Discipline Flow. Our refund terms are as follows:

•        Digital products (Blueprint, Discipline Stack, and similar one-time purchases): because these are instantly delivered digital goods, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue (e.g. a broken download link, a corrupted file, or non-delivery) or believe the product was materially misrepresented, contact us within 7 days of purchase at emmanuel@disciplineflow.org and we will resolve the issue — including a full refund where appropriate — at our discretion.

•        Membership/subscription products (future Pro membership): you may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. We do not provide partial refunds for time already used within a billing cycle, but you will retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

•        We do not offer refunds simply because a product was not used, was misunderstood after purchase, or did not produce a specific personal outcome — digital knowledge and system products depend on individual application, which is outside our control.

•        Purchases made through a third-party marketplace such as Digistore24 or ClickBank are subject to that marketplace's own refund policy and timeframe, which may differ from the 7-day window stated above. Where a conflict exists, the marketplace's policy governs for purchases made on their platform.

To request a refund or resolution under this policy, email emmanuel@disciplineflow.org with your order confirmation or receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Discipline Flow provides educational frameworks, tools, and systems intended to support personal discipline and habit-building. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or transformation. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, and circumstances. Nothing on this Site or in our products constitutes medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, PDFs, templates, and materials provided by Discipline Flow — including but not limited to the Discipline Flow Blueprint, the Discipline Stack, the Five Core Laws, and related named frameworks — are the intellectual property of Emmanuel Omondi / Discipline Flow. Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or claim authorship of our materials without our prior written permission.

7. Affiliate Links

Some content on this Site and in our emails contains affiliate links, for which we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. See our separate Affiliate Disclosure for full detail.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

•        Use our products or Site for any unlawful purpose.

•        Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Site, email systems, or member content.

•        Redistribute, pirate, or resell any Discipline Flow product without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Discipline Flow and Emmanuel Omondi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection laws in your own country of residence provide you with rights that cannot be waived.
