Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 17/07/2026 Last Updated: 17/07/2026

Discipline Flow ("we," "us," or "our") operates disciplineflow.org (the "Site") and provides digital products, email content, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using this Site or providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

•        Information you provide directly — such as your name and email address when you download the 7-Day Discipline Habit Tracker, subscribe to our email list, or purchase a product (e.g. the Discipline Flow Blueprint).

•        Payment information — processed directly by our payment providers, PayPal and Paystack. We do not collect or store your full card, M-Pesa, or bank account details on our own servers; these are handled entirely by the payment processor under their own privacy and security policies.

•        Automatically collected information — such as pages visited, general location (country/region level), device and browser type, and referral source, gathered through standard website analytics tools used on our funnel platform (Systeme.io).

•        Communication data — if you reply to our emails or contact us directly, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and improve our content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

•        Deliver the digital products, PDFs, and resources you have requested or purchased.

•        Send the 7-day email sequence and ongoing newsletter content you have opted into.

•        Process payments and send purchase confirmations or receipts.

•        Respond to your questions, replies, or support requests.

•        Understand which content and products are useful to our audience, so we can improve them.

•        Meet legal and accounting obligations, including tax record-keeping.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for purposes beyond what is described in this policy without asking for your consent first.

3. Email Communications

When you download a free resource or purchase a product, you will be added to our email list and receive a structured sequence of emails, followed by ongoing newsletter content. Every email includes a clear unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time; doing so will not affect your access to any product you have already purchased.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Discipline Flow. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

•        Systeme.io — hosts our website, funnels, email automation, and stores your contact information for the purpose of sending you content and product delivery.

•        PayPal — processes international card and PayPal payments.

•        Paystack — processes local and regional payments, including card and mobile money (M-Pesa) transactions.

•        Amazon Associates and other affiliate partners — if you click an affiliate link on our Site or in our emails, the destination site may collect information according to its own privacy policy. See our separate Affiliate Disclosure for more detail.

•        Digistore24 and ClickBank — act as merchant of record for select product purchases (currently the Discipline Flow Blueprint), handling checkout, payment processing, tax/VAT compliance, and affiliate commission tracking for sales made through their platforms.

•        ShareASale, Impact, and Awin — affiliate networks we participate in as an affiliate, which may place tracking cookies on our Site or in outbound links to measure referred purchases, governed by each network's own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account or subscription is active, or as needed to provide you the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal record (such as your email address and unsubscribe date) to ensure we do not contact you again, unless you request full deletion under Section 7 below.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including relying on reputable, security-vetted third-party platforms (Systeme.io, PayPal, Paystack) rather than storing sensitive payment data ourselves. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

•        Request access to the personal information we hold about you.

•        Request correction of inaccurate information.

•        Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs.

•        Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link provided in every email.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at emmanuel@disciplineflow.org. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Discipline Flow's Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Visitors

Discipline Flow is operated from Kenya and serves an international audience, including visitors from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and the European Union. By using our Services, you understand that your information may be processed in Kenya and in the countries where our third-party service providers (Systeme.io, PayPal, Paystack) operate their infrastructure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
